For me, since I love to smile and laugh, and since the Lord is such a big part of my life, it's only natural that I would make jokes...

I find it hard to imagine that God doesn't have a sense of humor. After all, He made us in His image, and we have senses of humor.

You should know that I wasn't chastising you Sam, I simply have my own way of giving reverence to the Lord in many ways and take opportunities so we can look at different facets in a discussion.
I would agree that the Lord has a sense of humor and loves laughter - others may have found your post very funny and I'm OK with that too.

Hi there

I put my status as a liberal on my profile for a few reasons.

1) Anti-war
2) Gay folks are in the same boat as me (need Jesus)
3) Getting shot hurts- gun owners
4) Jesus was not a white supremacist- he was and is a coloured man
5) I dont have absolute truth- the truth is a person
6) I dont have a hidden agenda
7) God's word interprets me I dont interpret it
8) The pope/ pastor/ vicar/ head honcho is not infallible when he's wrong
