Gunnysgt, I prefer to keep my privacy.
Therefore I only fill out the necessary forms.
Besides that, I could fill in anything and nobody would know, if it is true or not.
I guess, I have proven my accusation about me knowing US laws better than Hector or you quite correct. Or do you know the FDA, GLP, GMP, GCP regulations? Do you know about the mutual recognition of data between the OECD members? Do you know, the extent of controls other countries may do in USA and the FDA in other countries? I used to work in this sort of field, therefore I know some of it. Since Hector refuses to look up those regulations and clearly exhibited nil knowledge in this sort of field, my accusation of him not knowing the law is quite correct.
The usual way to discuss something is, first to inform oneself on the topic of the discussion. Therefore anyone wanting to discuss the lacking efficacy of medications, that are legally sold, should first inform oneself on the process of developing, testing and regulations for medications.
So gunnysgt, you won´t answer my questions, because I am not an American citizen and therefore my opinion is invalid?
I guess, that it must be really horrible to discuss with a non American citizen. Heavens forbid, the non American citizen might even learn something about the USA or get corrected about false information. That must not be. Everyone not living in America msut remain as ignorant as possible.
