A being is not a man because they have a DNA similar to ours. A man is a rational animal. That means a body and a rational soul. Therefore, if we ever find intelligent beings on other planets (though ET-enthusiasts calm down, there is 0 evidence by now), they will be men as well.
So even among a population that is genetically identical, there can be two men, Adam and Eve: those two in which God breathed their rational soul.
You do also realize that other primates are capable of abstract though, right? Would they be "men" too?
