I had a mental breakdown at ~3:00 AM on April 9th, 2021, and it felt that God helped me through.

Details: Why is 3 a.m. known as “the devil’s hour”?

Summary: I moved out of my parents' house in April 2021 to live with a roommate, but the new experience caused sleep disruption and anxiety. On April 9, 2021, at ~3:30 AM, while reading a Catholic booklet and holding an Ethiopian cross from a mission trip, I experienced a strange incident where I believed my hand was bleeding like Jesus's. Unable to phone my parents, I threw objects in my room cos my hands were shaking, and went to the hospital. At the hospital, I met a patient named Esperanza, whose machine hooked up to her displayed 333 mg/hr. I spent a few nights in the hospital and went home on April 13, 2021. Although I moved back home temporarily in July 2021, I eventually moved out to a condo between April and July 2022. My life improved significantly after this period, and I became Catholic in April 2022. Now I wish to help others through their experiences. The hospital stay may not have been the miracle but rather the realization that better sleep could lead to personal growth. Despite some challenges in 2021, things have gone smoothly since then.
