the runny nose, stopped up on one side of my head, ears stopped up, so tired that I even fell asleep at work today durning my lunch break.
hmmmm..... my throat that is sore especially when I yawn and drink water....

My puppy had surgery and he keeps licking, and licking, and licking, and it appears he's dislodged "staples" (looks like very fine florist's wire) -- it's about an inch out! -- and the surgery site itself doesn't look that great . . . and so I'm going to have to take about half a day to take him back, where I know they're gonna hurt him and make him cry, which makes ME cry, and the instructions say only leash-walk him for a couple weeks, and he's a Border Collie mix and he's going nuts from not being able to run like a gazelle, and driving ME nuts whining at the door, and when I put the leash on him, he wants to sit, which pretty much makes moot the point of only taking him out on a leash, or he wants to walk his own darn self and . . . (yawn, and a wordless whine)

My co-worker kisses up to everyone and it's annoying me. I suspect her motives are self-centered; she just wants to get ahead and get what she wants, whether it's praise or good projects to work on. Unfortunately for me, she very good at brown-nosing. But I'm trying to learn to trust that GOD is my everything, and not pay attention to other people's opinions. I always thought I was one who most looked out for others (genuinely) but she seems to excel at it like it's a game. I oughtn't be judgmental, but it just reminds me of that part in the Bible where God says the smart man uses money to win friendships. I never understood that passage, but I think it talks about doing things insincerely. That's what this co-worker's actions remind me of.

Oops, this is a relaxation thread isn't it? OK then. I'm going to complain that it's midnight and I have to get up for work tomorrow.
