CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

migraines are bad. they take so much out of you. i have suffered with severe ones for 19 years! i had migraines without auras but every other symptom.
i recently went to the dr. (a rare thing for me) cuz the feverfew i was using stopped working SO i had no choice but to go in december. they gave me amytripiline which i take a single tablet of 50 mg. every night before bed. that really works for the migraines. infact, it works like a charm! now i can go almost 3-4 weeks without one. before it used to be everyday for days on end. nothing worked. now, im a much happier person. i know what it feels like NOT to have pain anymore! hopefully i can stop sometime from taking the script. i dont like chemicals. i also have a script for a low dosage of maxalt to take when i feel a migraine coming on. but what else could i do?
