Oh my goodness, I just happened upon info about him.

He was a man who joined the CF while recuperating from an accident. He was an emt in the back of an ambulance with a patient when the ambulance was hit by a drunk driver.

He was injured and then had complications that he ended up dying from. So people have been wearing yellow and wearing banana suits in support of his recovery. But now the sad new came.

That's it in a very small nutshell. Never met him, but he had lots of friends here. Tragic!
