For Lent I’m praying a daily rosary again. Are or can Sundays be excluded?

Silently except once when my hubby had music on and I couldn’t concentrate without praying out loud. It’s up to you. Traditionally, yes, Sundays are excluded.
If I may ask, do you pray the rosary out loud or silently?
God bless
Thanks for the info!Silently except once when my hubby had music on and I couldn’t concentrate without praying out loud.
Out loud, because I find it difficult to concentrate otherwise.Do you pray it silently or out loud?
I have problems trying to pray it at Church before Mass starts. The piano player and singer warming up makes it impossible for me to concentrate. Thanks for the info!

We usually pray the rosary before Mass at my parish.I have problems trying to pray it at Church before Mass starts. The piano player and singer warming up makes it impossible for me to concentrate.
We can if we want to.Why can't we pray the Rosary on Sundays? The Glorious mysteries are for Sundays (and Wednesdays).
That’s what I always been taught.Sundays are a day of rest. So people can refuel or continue their Lenten commitments on Sunday. The choice is up to the individual.
Correct. During Lent, it’s also nice to meditate on the sorrowful mysteries of our lord and enter more deeply into his passion. Why can't we pray the Rosary on Sundays? The Glorious mysteries are for Sundays (and Wednesdays).
Me tooThat’s what I always been taught.
When my Mom taught me to pray the rosary, she didn’t include the mysteries…..just prayers. I asked my pastor if that was ok and he said that there are many ways to pray the rosary and that was okay.Correct. Yeah! That sounds ok to me!When my Mom taught me to pray the rosary, she didn’t include the mysteries…..just prayers. I asked my pastor if that was ok and he said that there are many ways to pray the rosary and that was okay.
He said as long as I focus on the Blessed Mother while I’m praying it.Yeah! That sounds ok to me!![]()
So today I went to Confession, Mass, got ashes and prayed the rosary for the first time this Lent which is what I’m doing again this year instead of giving up something. He said as long as I focus on the Blessed Mother while I’m praying it.
