Kat stood at the doorway of the living room. She didn't know what to say. It was a huge mess, papers, and other things laying all around in shattered pieces.

Kadyn walked out of the living room, and headed upstairs. "You can come too Kat." Kadyn said quietly. She paused outside of her little sister's room and opened the door. It looked like the thieves had stayed downstairs. She left the door to her sister's room open and walked across the hall to her older brother room and opened the door. The room looked just like it had before the Rapture, clothes, magazines, and books everywhere. She then walked to her own room and opened the door, looking around at the familiar setting.

James Warren was on the computer all night long and looking for people to chat too. His brothers Jim and Josiah were sleeping. He was sad that his sister and his best friend Ben disappeared. He want to get on with his life and he is bitter towards God.

Scott sat in his apartment looking at the strange girl he still didnt have a name she wouldnt sit anywhere but the floor and she only ate a can of soupe he was worried about her "so what do you wanna do now" he asked

 

[Ellesar]

Kadyn walked into her room and stood in the middle of the room. "I wish I had listened Mom. If I had, I would be with you, Dad, Alex, and Katie right now instead of standing here." She walked over to her desk and noticed that her laptop computer was still there. Kadyn sat down and turned on her computer, signing into her instant messenger programs to see if anyone she knew was on.

James was on his instant messenger and his sn was James247. He was chatting to with a few people about the disappearing of people...

 

[Ellesar]

Kadyn's sn was Kad86 and she was chatting with a few friends from school that hadn't disappeared when she saw someone with the sn James247 online. "I wonder who that is." She clicked on the sn and a chat window popped up. Kadyn typed in the chat window: hello? do I know you from anywhere?

"hi I dont know well my name is James and whats yours?"

 

[Ellesar]

I'm Kadyn. What do you think about the disappearances? She wasn't about to tell him that she knew that it was the Rapture because she didn't know how he would react to that.

 

[SheepoftheShepherd]

"I think its a bunch of beep....I think someone poison half of the world and died."

 

[Ellesar]

Why do you think that? Have you ever thought that it could have been the Rapture? Kadyn asked curiously. She didn't say that she knew that it was the Rapture, she was just asking if he had ever thought of that possiblility.

 

[SheepoftheShepherd]

" Like I want to believe that...God did terrible things in my life so whats the point of believeing in him and why are you talking to me??"

 

[Ellesar]

Because I want to know your views on the disappearances. What did God do to you that was so terrible? Kadyn asked curiously.

 

[SheepoftheShepherd]

"Just say all of my parents left me...my mom had cancer,my dad is a commander he left me he has not talked to me in a long time, my stepdad took my sisters away and left me and my brother to go to my other brothers house...."

 

[Ellesar]

Oh. I'm sorry to hear that. But why is that God's fault? Kadyn looked around her room for a moment and then typed, I g2g now. maybe we can talk later? bye

 

[SheepoftheShepherd]

" hhhhmmm I need to sleep I had a very hard day and with all the stress going on the world. Ill tell you tommorrow"

 

[SheepoftheShepherd]

"ttul chick" Then James signed off and wonder i wonder why these christians make a big deal about this......And went to bed on his brothers futon.

 

[Ellesar]

Ok. talk to you then. bye. Kadyn signed off of her IM, and then leaned back in her desk chair, looking around her room silently.

Charlie looked up at Scott, she realized she was being a horrible guest.

She stood up, putting her half eaten can of cold uncooked soup into the fridge and started going through all the cabinets in the house, looking for something. When she found what she was looking for she came back into the kitchen with a bucket and all of Scott's cleaning supplies.

She started to fill the bucket and then started scrubbing Scott's house.

Scott realized there was nothing he could do so he gave up and started helping her
