When Rebekah couldnt sleep she decided to go to the church with Kadyn.
"Let's go down to the church. Its not morning yet but people might be going there now." She changed from her pajamas and gave Kadyn some clothes to wear. They were a little big but its better than pajamas.
"Ready to rock?" she said and the went out the door on their bikes. Their bikes were faster than the cars because of all the wreckage. People left their cars and started walking down roads instead. She saw a steeple in the sky with more and more people walking to it.
"Looks like we arent the only ones."

Kadyn changed into the clothes Rebekah had given her and followed her out to their bikes. "Yep. Maybe we'll be able to find out some more answers to our questions. Like what's gonna happen next." Kadyn said quietly. She was saddened by all of the wrecked cars and all of the houses on fire and everything that had happened. "How many people do you think died in the aftermath of the Rapture?"

"Too many unfortunately. They will never know God. But hey they were warned just like we were. Well, we are here." They looked around and there were people sleeping on the ground waiting for someone to get there who had an answer. They had the answer but were all to new at it to preach.
"Why dont we just talk with people? That seems to be what everyone awake is doing."

Kadyn looked around at the familiar setting and was pained by memories of her arguing with her parents. "But I don't want to go to church!" Kadyn had protested. "Come on Kadyn. Church isn't that bad. The rest of us are going, so you are too. Your brother and sister enjoy it, so why can't you?" her father had said. "I don't know. It just seems boring to me. Why can't I just stay at home?" "What if the Rapture happened tomorrow? Do you know if you would go with the rest of us? or would you be left behind?" her mother had asked quietly. Kadyn had laughed at that. "The Rapture? Isn't that just a fairy tale?" In the end, her parents had succeeded in dragging Kadyn to church, and Kadyn had slouched in the pew during the sermon, wishing she were somewhere else. Tears came to Kadyn's eyes as she remembered. "That was just last Sunday." she whispered. "I wish that I had listened and hadn't laughed about it..."

"Huh? Well, im gonna go talk to them over there. They go to our school." SHe walked over to them and greeted them.
"Hi, you might not know me but Im Rebekah. I go to your school."

((where are we? We need a city name. Somewhere populated.. DC... seattle... Fort Myers..... CHicago... San Fransisco... lets decide!))

Kadyn shook her head to clear her mind and then followed Rebekah. "I was just remembering. I'm going to go inside for a little bit. See if anyone is there." Kadyn began to walk toward the church, and opened the door.

Scott woke up kind of confused the girls were gone but he was in their home alone he got up and decided to look for them he noticed a bible open on the bed "might as well start at a church" he said he got up and headed that way

Rebekah sat and talked with the kids from her school she watched Kadyn walk inside the church and wanted to follow her but knew she couldnt. This was a mermorial time for her.
"I'll tlak to you guys later." She said and found another group to talk with.
The sun started to peek on the horizon. She looked at her watch. 5:35. Wow, Ive been up a long time.

Scott got to the church he was kind of scared to go in he had always heard the roof would fall in if a guy like him went in but he decided well if they fall down at least I dont have to be here anymore he walked in and surprisingly the roof didnt fall in

Nathan and Auna walked up to the church. Nathan felt uncomfortable. "I'll try and find someone who knows what's going on." he said to Auna, and left her. He jogged around the building to find an open door. "Hello?" he asked tryingly.

Kadyn walked through the church quietly, wishing that she was here on different circumstances. She walked toward the church offices and was surprised to see a light on in there. Kadyn timidly walked to the offices and knocked. "Hello? Is anyone there?" A man opened the door and Kadyn gasped in recognition. "Pastor James! I didn't think I'd find anyone here." Jason James looked down at Kadyn and smiled at her. "I think I remember seeing you sometimes. What was your name again?" "Kadyn." Kadyn said quietly. "My entire family disappeared. I was hoping to find some answers here."

Scott walked around the big sanctuary not really knowing what to do he saw people on their knees crying and what looked like talking but he wasnt sure he was looking for anyone who might be able to answer some questions

Rebekah saw Scott walking up the sidewalk to the church she ran to him.
"Scott, are you okay? You dozed off at my house for awhile. We figured out what happened." She said enthusiastically.

At the church, Jamie saw only 1 face she knew. She saw the DJ at the club she went to. She had no idea what to do, so she started reading the Bible.

"what happened"he asked curiously he saw one of his regulars walk into the church

"I don't know," Jamie replied. "I think Jesus came back. My parents used to talk about it a lot."

Jason looked down at Kadyn sadly. "My entire family also disappeared. Do you know what happened?" Kadyn nodded and said, "Yes, my friend Rebekah and I have both accepted Jesus as our Savior. I only wish that I had done it earlier." Jason gave Kadyn a quick hug and said, "I wish that also. I could be with my family now." Kadyn smiled up at Jason and said, "Do you know what's going to happen? I want to learn all I can." Jason nodded and said, "I've been looking at that since the Rapture happened earlier this morning. I could possibly teach you and your friend if you really want to learn about what's going to happen." Kadyn nodded and said, "Yes. I think we would both like that. We could ask her. She's outside." Jason nodded and Kadyn led the way outside where Rebekah was and where a lot of other people were also.

Rebekah walked around and saw a lot of students froim school. she saw all the members of the "Bible Club" from school. Figures. They were major hypocrites. Always thought they were "holier than thou". She walked over to them and greeted them. They knew exactly what was happening and couldnt believe they missed it. So they were there to figure out why. She went inside as soon as everyone was invited in and she sat down in a pew. Pastor Jason said he would talk to us at noon so everyone was waiting until then.

Kadyn left Pastor Jason talking with some of the others and walked back inside. She found Rebekah in the sanctuary and sat down next to her. "You alright?" she asked quietly.

Kat grabbed her Bible and her bike and rode as fast as she could to the church. Tears blurred her vision as she rode, but she wiped them away and kept going. Soon she was at the church. Lots of people were gathered outside and talking. She recognized Rebekah and Kadyn, they lived close to her. Kat ran inside the church and into the church office. There she saw Pastor Jason, a close family friend. She hugged him tightly and he hugged back. Tears that she had been holding back for so long suddenly came out.

Jason let her hug him, let her cry, and then held her out at arm's distance. "Kat, have you accepted Jesus? It is very important." Kat nodded and wiped away her tears. "Mom and Dad and Josh and Morgan, they were taken in the Rapture. All that was left was their clothes and my memories of them."

Kat talked with Jason a little more and then went into the church sanctuary. She knelt down in front of the altar and prayed to God. Dear God, please, please please grant me the strength to get through this. I need You. Amen. Kat looked up at the statue of Jesus Christ and instantly felt better. It seemed that He was staring directly at her, as if it were a message for her to follow Him. Kat nodded and stood.
