This site has complete Greek and Hebrew language tutorials to teach yourself the Biblical languages. NOTE: I don't agree with everything on the site itself; for example the author is strongly against predestination).

Some other stuff you might find useful for self study. This site has excerpts from a lot of ancient greek texts with a parallel English translation, plus the Greek New Testament with the Darby (I think) translation in parallel. They have links to a lot of other resources too. Enjoy!

I really need to brush up my Greek. Those classes were killer for me. I think these websites will help me hang on to some hard-won knowledge (and, um, "refresh" that which is rather rusty!!)
