bio: Laraina ws born top a poverty striken family and an abusive father. He refused to work, which forced his wife and two daughters to get jobs to pay for the food. Whenever they came home with money, he'd findit and spend it on drinks and other women. He'd get angry when the money was gone and would beat one of the women when that happened. The only question each week was: who would get it now?? When she turned seventeen, she couldn't take it anymore. While she was in the fields working, he came to her in search of money. When he refud, he raised his and to strike her, so she sliced his arm with a small dagger she had concealed in her sleeve.
He couldn't believe that the girl he had used for so long had hurt him. He cursed and disowned her, and that was the last she ever saw him. she returned home to find her mother and sister gone. They had left with him, leaving nothing behind for her. With nothing holding her to that place, she left for the forest to find herself and settle her weary mind. She's lived therein peace and by herself for most of that time span, however, now the forest has begun to die. She doesn't know why, but she does know that if she doesn't find a way to help her home, he might have to leave forever.
Laraina is unaware of the problems of the outside world, but she desires to save her forest.
Personality: Laraina has a laid back kind of personality. However, she has trouble trusting others and it takesher a long time to allow people to see her true emotion. Years of abuse have given her a convincing poker face and a nack for lying. She hasn't been around people for a while,, although she has helped the occasional lost stranger. She has fairly good manners, though living by herself has taken away most traces of ladylike mannerisms.
Abilities: Laraina is a survival expert. She can climb trees well, swim quickly, and has trained herself to use a bow and arrow and sword for hunting and self defense. She hasn't had much experience in hand to hand combat, but she will never let another man harm her again.
