Gods language not being bound by time has no measurement

Which has nothing to do with an actual language, divine or otherwise. The prophet speaks of the time when God shall unite all people to Himself, and their speech will be pure, more literally their lips shall be pure (see Isaiah 6:5-7). It has nothing to do with language, but with God reconciling all people to Himself.

Compare with Ephesians 2:14-16 and Revelation 7:9.

Jesus is the eternal and uncreated Logos, yes. And thus what God has "spoken" to us is the Person of His Son, Jesus our Lord.

I don't know what you mean "which makes the word God to us", Jesus, as the Divine Logos is Himself truly God, because He is the eternally-begotten Son of the Father.

The Word is God, because that's what He is. There are three Divine Persons: the Father, the Son (Word), and the Holy Spirit. Co-eternal, consubstantial. One God.
