Name: Lady Semine De'Vibbard, (Lady Silver, Lady of Jewels)
Title: The Lady of Jewels, ruler of the southern jungle province of Ridmore, Verdant Country.

Appearance:
The Lady of Jewels, also called Lady Silver, came to be known as such for the adornments of jewels and precious metals she wears upon her person and on occasion, her gowns. Tall and slender, her black shining hair usually allowed to dangle about her shoulders, hitting to about the middle of her back, she has an alluring grace which is perhaps doubly alluring since she does not posture herself for the eyes of men, but it is merely how she is. She is never seen without her assortment of gems and necklaces and is even rumored to sleep in them.
There is one jewel, upon her long neck, that she neither removes nor allows to leave her sight. This is the Jewel of Bim (see below). It is silver changed and encircled in a twisted fashion, the gem itself a blue green colored opal, streaks of color throughout and within. This gem is an heirloom of her family and has thus been passed down from first born to first born, special attributes listed below.
Her color of choice for dress is usually dark blue to black, though she has been known to be in pure white, something which makes her even more dazzlingly because of the few times she actually does wear that color. All of her dresses were hand made to specific instruction and are normally trimmed in silver, though no other adornments are usually donned upon them as she wears plenty of jewelry otherwise. They match her thin frame, her femine curves, and the angels at which she moves when she walks, giving her body a flowing effect as she does so.
On her person, she can wear up to four or five necklaces, at least five jeweled bracelets on each slender wrist, and an assortment of rings which vary from plain bands to ornate stones and gems. And though all of this may look upon anyone else a cheap and gaudy, the arrangement of the necklaces, earrings, and bangles fits her nicely and it would in fact be odd to see her without them.
Cold and cruel, heartless and sadistic, a twinkle in her eyes of fire. These are the words which would describe her appearance when angry.
Calming and alluring, sweet faced and smitten. These are the words which describe her appearance when she is happy.
Wicked and mysterious, intelligent and wise, eyes flashing with inner light and purpose. These are the words which describe her when she is unwilling to show her true emotions or is being challenged in some way.
Personality:
A woman of parts, she has managed to keep many allies amongst the political circus even after the death of their king. Appealing to all manner of different lords and ladies, all in her different unique ways, she slithers through the bubbling pit of lies and deceit like a chameleon snake, changing to blend in with the different environments, but with just as much venomous if someone dares to beguile her.
There was in fact one such noted occurrence in which during a noted soiree a lesser noble's son of a now disgraced house, attempted to imply that Lady De'Vibbard may have habits unbecoming of a woman of her stature. He was quickly dismissed without Semine having to raise a finger and was later executed for the entertainment of the court later that week.
A manipulator and yet well respected woman of power, she has always been content with the province of her southern jungles, never attempting to squeeze anything higher out of those whom she deems worthy to continue to hold them. There are many lords and ladies whom she views in high regard, as they of course do to her, but there is only one person who truly knows her mind, a maid named Misha, whom follows Semine night and day, dressing up for the occasions the lady would attened, such as courtly festivities, though never entering the party herself, and riding with her everywhere.
Misha herself is a homely woman, aged to about the mid-sixties, but she has a rough, strong frame, and a set of coal black eyes which seem to pierce into the hearts of those who look upon them, giving her a youthfully wise appearance. It was for these attributes alone which caused Semine to hire her in the beginning, only realizing afterwards how skilled and multi-talented the woman was. Misha is perhaps the only being in existence whom Semine cannot fool, though the Lady has barely met everyone in the Verdant.
The Jewel of Bim:
As said before, it is an heirloom of her family and has been in her possession since the death of her father, Lord Nell De'Vibbard. But this opal gem is not merely a pretty jewel to look upon. Within it holds the power of magic through which the Lady Silver focuses her natural born magical abilities which manifest themselves in the mutual glowing of both her hands and eyes in unison with the gem.

- Can direct fire from torches and candles to her fingertips/Set an object on fire by direction of that fire (cannot produce it)
- Produce lightning from her finger tips/tormenting an intruder or prisoner (usually from ground)
- Set objects to move about or unnaturally attach themselves immovability to a surface or wall
- Whisper words to a far off person she can see without moving her lips (for example, someone she can view upon from her balcony of her castle, she may whisper in their ear)
- Magically encouraging plant life to grow, blooming flowers before the eyes of watchers, or bring back small plants to life
- See the marks of lies upon other's face or words (this connect be extended to writings)
- Feel the presence of Fiendish magic either in an object, person, or creature
- See with her eyes magical presence in spells cast on objects or people, though she is unable to usually identify it, each spell does have its own color and tint
- The use of other elements such as calling upon wind, earth, or water, from sources around her.
Abilities she is aware of but has not yet learned to control:
- See briefly into the past if an event is strong enough to linger there
- Force her way into another's mind to see images and thoughts or produce images and thoughts (she has never accomplished this willingly, however Misha often awoke shortly after becoming maidservant to Semine to the nightmares which her mistress was having)
This ability may also be, in the dormant state, why she is easily able to manipulate others. - Unlock magical barriers with her mind without the anti-incantations or the proper means
- Ward off clouds of Fiendish magic
