In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Increase your calcium ... supplement if you have to.... three days before you start... it will help tremendously....muscles need calsium and magnesium to contract and relax and since this is the biggest muscle ... which one contracts and relaxes once a month... it has a short time... where it will have a big demand for calcium... and will pull it from the middle of the back all the way down the thighs for calcium.... and the magnesium causes the muscle to relax... if it doesn't it is because you are low on magnesium and will cramp....just like a charlie horse in the calf muscle.

Magnesium citrate will also help you sleep the rest of the time, btw, and the body needs it to absorb calcium, anyway, as you said. I take it almost nightly. I buy it in the brand name Easy Calm. If anyone knows where to get this, I would love to find a less expensive source. My health food store is currently charging $21.00 per container. I'd love to get it for about $15. Since I work such odd hours, and my work schedule varies so much, I'm finding sleep to be a rare commodity. This helps tremendously.
