Power:Kyra has the power to connect with someone through their dreams, thus getting the nickname DreamWeaver from her best friend. Basically, she can get into someone's mind as they sleep and manipulate their dreams.
After she's connected with someone through a dream, if she were to visit that place or go somewhere important to who she'd "connected" to, she could see different things that'd happened there at some point. For example, if she "connected" with a someone through a dream, she could then see different things that had happened there in his home if she went there.
She doesnt have to be anywhere specific to get her power to work. For example, she could get something from someone now that they're close. Or if she went into someone's room there at the school, she could get something. What she sees just has to deal with that someone somehow, since she connected to tjem through the dream. Now if she were to connect to someone else, it'd be the same way.
Kyra can also use an object, like a book, that belonged to said person and see something.
If she's touching someone else, she can let them see what she see's. If they break contact in the middle, only she see's the rest, unless the contact is resumed.
However, there are a few people with strong mental barriers that block Kyra's power.

At a young age, Kyra found out about her powers over dreams, accidentally "connecting" with her best friend while he was going through a tough time.
