Has anyone seen this movie? Oh my gosh, it was *laugh out loud* funny!

What made the film work for me was that the main characters were willing to accept each other as they were, even though they were so different from one another. Perhaps that was also the unbelievable part of the film, but still ... as movies go, it was surprisingly entertaining! All the characters were funny in their own ways.

I haven't seen it (not even sure if it is out here yet) but I have seen previews for it and it looks funny

Yes, it's worth seeing. The only thing is that people who are sensitive about nudity and extramarital sex might not enjoy it so much.

I believe in chastity myself, but sometimes I'll overlook that kind of stuff in a movie when it's presented simply as what people do and is not glorified per se.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The story was good, but it was way too raunchy. I'm not "sensitive about nudity and extramarital sex", but the sex scenes, simulating sex acts, and sex talk went way too far. Not to mention the pot smoking in ever other scene. I was shocked because the previews gave no indication about how raunchy this movie is. The sad part is that it would have been a really good movie had they toned all that down a little bit.

Great movie and an excellent follow-up to The 40 Year Old Virgin.

Let's just hope Apatow doesn't get stuck in a rut.

How do you know since you haven't seen it? Trust me I'm no prude and with the subject I knew there was obviously going to be some sex scenes. Just not ones that went on and on in vivid detail. Everyone that I know that has seen it has said the same thing, even those who saw The 40-yr-old Virgin which I didn't. Anyway, I just wanted to forewarn anyone who's planning on seeing it.

Actually, the movie was much less raunchy than I thought it would be from the subject matter and considering that it's from the same director as The 40 Year Old Virgin.

I thought it was hilarious Tons of laugh out loud moments. I'll probably buy it when it's released
