OK, I am going to say this and say it once. I question a bit the wisdom of having a dedicated kissing thread on a Christian singles forum--not that it is necessarily wrong, but I strongly believe that maximum chastity and self-control should be the ideal for all nonmarried Christians. I can't particularly say that I support the idea of believers methodically planning their moment of kissing, particularly if French is the intention.

Those are my legalistic two cents.

I agree with him (too bad he posted over a year ago and is gone from CF it seems lol).

And I'm certainly nowhere NEAR sexually repressed ... or Catholic lol.

I just know how easy it is to be tempted and go too far. So I'd rather stay far away from the edge of the cliff than dance around it and risk falling.

well its definitely a personal issue on whether or not to kiss before marriage but i didn't realise kissing was a sign of impurity or lack of self control, i don't recall the Bible reflecting upon kissing as a negative thing... in fact aren't we commanded to kiss?
