King Kong tomorrow!

I go to a website www.kids-in-mind.com

it tells me all the details about movies, right down to how many differerent type of profanities are used, etc....

I am SO hoping that King Kong does not have any profanity so that we can go see it as a family.... I know Peter jackson had none in Lord of The Rings, but that does not mean he would not allow it this particular movie.

Under the rating, which I think is PG-13, it does not mention language...I think it is frightening images and violence.... But WHO WOULDN'T cuss if a big ape was chasing after you?

Anyone here know?

Edit to add: What do you think about this movie being 3 hours long? He must be in "Lord of the Rings" mode.

Don't forget to watch the feature about the film on the Sci Fi channel (in the U.S.) which airs tonight, I believe (12/13/05).

I think that means that we will have some good characterization, and a story line that isn’t necessarily tailored to viewers with short attention spans…

well, as unfortunate as it is....I guess I won't be going to see King Kong afterall.... I doubt Jesus would want me to pay money to hear his name said in vain 5 times.....

PROFANITY 3 - 1 sexual reference, 3 scatological terms, 8 anatomical terms, 4 mild obscenities, name-calling (idiot, dumb animal), 5 religious profanities, 15 religious exclamations.

So, Christian friends, my hope is that you will not see it either. That is a difficult word to pass over our ears......
