Kim Clement - is he a real prophet?

I was trudging through the prophecies of Kim Clement yesterday, and came upon this from an interview he had on TBN a couple of years ago.

[FONT=Times New Roman,Times,serif]At the end of October -- and I'll share a little bit of that if you want me to -- at the end of October (God said this YEARS ago. . . .He said that at the end of October of 2005), the beginning of a four-year harvest, like this nation has never seen, is about to take place. Well, so far from what I can tell from my lowly vantage point, not much has changed. According to Clement, we should be in the middle of one of the greatest revivals ever. Instead, things seem pretty much unchanged.

Of course, he could be right. Perhaps within a year and a half a giant harvest could come. The clock is ticking.

This just came to me. Could it be that it is occuring but not in a conventional way. Our God is not limited. There are or could be many who have been saved but are not who, what or where you'd expect. There's a movement of on fire for Christ youth, plain spoken, blunt and unconventional who are reaching the likes of gang leaders for Christ. And their pull is using some of what these people may be used to with the Good News message. They're not at all religious, they reject religion and embrace Christ.

So there is a harvest, in my sentiment, I doubt we can know the numbers now. But I believe it's huge and it won't be as expected.

Yes, he is very real. Things always get worse before they get better. Around Oct 2005 is when a lot of things began to shift in the spiritual realm. You can't see it, it is spiritual...Then God begans to manifest what has been going on in the spiritual realm in the natural.

There is a huge spiritual shift that is taking place.

It will be seen eventually in the natural.

And yes a lot of things that God is doing is not even happening in 'church' per say. Church as usual is still going on in many churches.

Things happen in the Spirit world that we do not see - a lot of prepration has to be completed before we see things happen.

Sometimes prophesies are given to call us to prayer - if we don't heed the calling - then God changes things - this is very Bibical. The story of Jonah is all about a call to prayer -

I have followed him for several years and have faith in what he says. But if it does not happen just as he says, it may not be that he called it wrong - it may be that we as Christians did not do our part.

He suffers much agony because of criticism - the life of a prophet is a hard one. I have a friend who is a prophet - it is awful what she goes through.

She receives Words at times that she knows she will be nailed to the wall for and does not want to give it - but she is not let off the hook and has to give the Word as she hears it.

God is going to make ALL THINGS NEW.

The bible has been misinterpreted for centuries. There are things that God is only showing certain people right now, those who have an spiritual eye and ear to God's eyes and ears.

Many are afraid to even speak about right now for being called a heretic. So, God is not allowing some to speak on it and others to stay quiet and God will be the one who gets the last word.

"In the beginning God" that means in the beginning God spoke and it came to pass just because HE said it would.

The same thing is going to happen again. Miracles like never before. Supernatural miracles from the hand of God himself. There will be no need for his people to try to defend him and tell people anymore. HE is going to show up LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

Now, you can mark your calendar for that one. It is already finished.

His love for the world is going to be displayed. He loves the world.

The church is suppose to be light to the world and the light is out. So God is going to fix things up for the sake of mankind. Because he loves us.

I am prophetically speaking these things and God will defend it with his own hand.

Could it be possible that man is "attempting" to see
God doing things in a way that we as man are comfortable with.

We are comfortable with revivals because God has used them for many years.

God does new things. Perhaps He is planning doing a new thing in the earth in His timing that is not yet in most minds.

His plan does include those of us who remain, but it will be totally by His Spirit. Not in any way by what "we' have done or do in our own spiritual life or lack of it.

Yes, he is...This is the year of "New Beginnings"...It means that this year is the year of the START of the New Beginning.......

You kind of lost me here...what does the clock have to do with whether or not the prophecy is accurate? If you're waiting to see something...why? We don't walk by sight. The prophecy in question was judged the moment it was given.

I was going to open a study on our "vision" a few weeks ago, but things got held up a little. Its a lot to open up here, the precepts need to be recounted so it makes good sense. And I'm still a little pressed for time.

I just mention this because understanding our vision, gives us a little better understanding of the NT prophet.

Is Kim a prophet? I think so.

Is Kim a model prophet? Uhhh...no. He's just a little bit different.

I would disagree.
Have you never heard of people being "slain in the spirit" who were determined to not go down?
Or people being healed who didn't believe.

sometimes it's difficult to see the scope of things..the larger a thing is the more difficult it is to see the whole thing.

So when you're talking about an increase or a harvest of souls for God it helps to do so from a historical perspective.
One of the things our pastor told us over Christmas was that statistically more people have come to Christ since World WarII than ever before in all of history. I'm sorry i did not write down the source so i could put it here, but i know that he did his homework.

Is Kim a prophet? yes. I don't believe that the mantle has ever left him, but i do believe that he has changed his style in recent years.

The Spirit of the Lord says the same thing everywhere.
Is anyone listening? The prophecies form 12-31-07 during his live services in Ca. were spoken again at the same time in just a little different "phrasology" at TMTIC in Orlando by Mark Chironna and in Bahamas Faith Ministry by Dr Myles Monroe.

So they all said the same thing in their own "phrasology" but was by the same Holy Spirit.

Is Kim a Prophet? I've recognized and "honored" the mantle that the Office of the 5 fold ministry gift of the Prophet in Kim for years now. As with the office of Apostle with Bishop Chironna and the office of teacher with Dr Myles Monroe. They all operate in the 5 fold ministry offices and the Holy Spirit says the same thing through them all.
Is Kim a porphet? Well I choose to believe in "the prophet" so shall I prosper.

This was me on the night my life changed. Thank God for His mercy and grace.

I refused to answer the alter call. The preacher made 3 seperate calls and kep saying; "i'm being told that there are more...Heed the call"

I got up and went forward. Still saying no. So much for that! I was overtaken and I couldn't stand.

I didn't put the "clock" there, Clement did by saying there was a four year window starting in 2005 for this prophecy to be fulfilled.

Once again ANM29 you and I are in agreement

I think Oct. 05 was the start of this and before this revival can really get going people and things need to be shifted into position. Huge spiritual shift is probably an understatement.

Don't fight it Alpine, pray that he's right and pray for the coming revival.

Oh trust me, I hope he's right! I've been reading Clements prophecies since '01, and early on I believed him, but as of late I've begun taking them with a grain of salt.
