  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

One of my friends introduced me to his music a couple of weeks ago, and i'm really into it now! Anyone else like him?

In the UK we don't get any music like this, so it's great to have something different to listen to. I would love to see him live, but i somehow doubt that he'll be playing in the UK soon!

I know....we are definitely deprived here in UK - we don't get any country music at all. When my friend put his "No shoes, No Shirt, No problems" cd on in my car, i was like "YES"! It's so great to have something different and good to listen to!

I will have to check out Keith Urban too then - is it the same sort of style of music as kenny?

p.s. sorry....i wasn't sure if Kenny Chesney was classed as strictly country music or not, so i put it in this forum instead :)
