Her body: This changes with every guy, so take it for what it's worth. Here's what I personally like. First off, curves. Not flab, but curves. I don't go for the stick-figure ladies. More of the average build. Also, she needs a pretty face. Big, bright eyes are nice, and some of the prettiest eyes I've seen were Asian. Soft cheeks, pouty lips, and a good smile.VivDaGurl said:Lately, I've been wondering whether what does a guy look at in a girl? How are girls being attracted to guys? Pretty girls? Girls with a very slim body? Or the girl's character? Or .... .... .... ....
I've heard so many times that guys are looking for girls whom are less smarter than them. Is that true?
OK, this might be a silly thread but I really wonder....please post your view.
Her mind: I want to be able to relate to her, and I want her to understand me. I don't want to have to dumb down what I'm saying every time I have to say something. So she has to have about the same intelligence level as me.
Common sense and prudence are absolute musts! A good work ethic and being prepared for the next day, month, and year are needed.
Her character: She must not be short tempered or argumentative. She needs to be patient and filled with grace. She needs to respect me. That means not rubbing stuff in or making me look bad in public. Christians should not do this to each other on any level, and romance is no exception. She needs a gentile and quiet spirit. She needs to love people, especially children. She needs honesty and integrity. She also needs to not be materialistic. She needs to look good, but 25 pairs of shoes are overkill. Having pants, skirts, shirts, dresses and blouses IN THE TRIPLE DIGITS and a jewelry fetish on top of that is a turn off.
Her personality: I like friendly women. Decently outgoing, but not chatterboxes. Not easily offended, and not the type that doesn't look before she leaps. She needs to be creative or at least well suited to be by my side, and help in my calling (I'm going to be an animator or cartoonist, maybe sell some fine art here and there).
And then there's the obvious sharing of values, is Christian and Biblically available, etc. Those are important, but extensively discussed elsewhere.
