Just Something I Wrote

[Misnomer]

Here's something that I wrote a couple of hours ago. It's not very good and I don't know what you'd classify it as but I thought I'd share nonetheless.


Sadness


I wish that I could fly

Fly away from here

Here where I drown

Drown myself in sorrows

Sorrows that consume

Consume all my thoughts

Thoughts of being alone

Alone for all my life

Life full of longing

Longing for more

More than this pain

Pain that penetrates

Penetrates to the depths

Depths yet unknown

Unknown to the world

World of deceit and lies

Lies about love and beauty

Beauty that points

Points out all my quirks

Quirks that were created

Created specifically by God

God who loves me more

More than anyone can.
