Any advice? Tell me how you celebrated that 40th milestone (any really good ideas can be forwarded to my husband ). Was it tough for you or did you welcome it? I hear 40 is the new 20. What do you think? And why is that no matter what the calendar says, I still feel like I'm 20-something!

I think the 40's for me has been the best decade so far. The older I get, the better I get...in everything. I don't think I had a big hoopdy when I turned 40 though but from what I hear around the house...in a couple years I'll have a big celebration.

HI, welcome to Fab 40's!!!

As I am going into my fourth year as a 40-sumpin', I find it is pretty cool.
It is nice to be finally caught up to the most handsomest men...lol. I always liked 'em about this age...and now we have things in common!!!

I had met my ex. on the day before my 40th.
He had brought me black roses, black balloons, confetti and a card that said "Over the Hill."
We went out and had a very expensive dinner; the most he ever spent on me since....
I shoulda known...huh???

Happy upcoming 40 for me it was my best year ever. I looked great I was a size 0 or 2 yeah, unreal, tone and alive ...I was just happy I made it to 40. Enjoy it is a wonderful age make the most of it!

When I turned 40 it really hit me that I think I am now on the other side of the fence.

You know in the Bibile where it says the older and wiser woman are to train up the younger woman.

I have looked for opportunities to encourage and support younger sisters in Christ.
