  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

In Matthew Chapter 15 we see Jesus on His mission throughout Jerusalem near the Sea of Galilee. He was followed by huge crowds, making high demands .
The word got out that people were healed by a touch from Jesus. As the message of physical and mental healing traveled from town to town, the demand for Jesus' touch increased and increased.
The Bible tells us that great crowds brought the lame, maimed, blind, the mute and many others to Jesus for healing.
As some of these ill people were cured, Jesus found a way to escape into the mountains for refuge.

"There is a time for everything under the sun," says one biblical writer. When we enhance the lives of others, the word gets out that we have a heart for people.
This type of demand may become constant if one continues doing God's will, that is, reaching out to those who need help.
It is our mission as Christians to touch someone. Not everyone has healing hands, time to visit the sick, or the power of speech that goes to the core of ones heart.
But whatever spiritual gift you do have in your possession, take charge and use it to touch someone.
Go in peace, touch someone today, and may the power of the holy Spirit touch you.
