Hi! I am broken. Seriously God had to bring me to nothing to get my attention. I have two children a 12 year old son and an 11 year old daughter.

I became completely addicted to pain pills in the last year. Basically have not been able to keep a job. Had to sell pills to pay the bills (actually someone else was doing this for me, then all of a sudden she stopped givng me the money). Then one day it was like I hit a brick wall and everything fell apart. I think it was God trying to get my attention.

Since September we lost our home and I lost my job yesterday over something totally acceptable in the world so I know it had ot be God.

We are living with a family from church who lets people come into their home to live to basically rehab. They are helping me get off the meds. They are helping me with my children and everything.

I really know that the whole thing is God, but it is so hard sometimes to understand why things happen.

Please don't dog me out. I can't handle it right now. Like I said I am broken. I just needed to chat.

No judgement here.... broken is the best place to be... pray for true and permanent change... that's the best place to start.

oh my dear, well first i say praise god for this family who has taken you in and who is being the good samaritan in your life.!! and i know that if your not born again i pray that you come to know the power and knowledge of Jesus Christ because only he can deliver you from this awful thing that your hooked on.
