  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Just curious........

Thanks guys! About the spam: I've read on the internet there are foods that are toxic and life threatening for dogs inlcuding ham (raisons, grapes, caffeine and a few other things). Do you think spam is okay for dogs? Coincidently, I actually gave my dog a little taste of spam about a week and a half ago.

Great danes!

Seriously, they can be super lazy. My mom used to have two.
Every Great Dane I've known has been lazy. My brother's dog Harley would lay on the couch so much that there was a Harley-shaped indentation on the couch cushions.

We've had pit bulls who were serious couch potatoes as well.

The trick may be to get a dog that is sweet but not all that intelligent.

If you're looking for lazy...don't get a Boston Terrier! My Boston is 8 years old and *still* running around like a puppy! Can't relax for anything!
I would say that my friend's Dachshund is pretty laid back (a "hot dog").
