Maybe dedicate a single song to that person (especially if there are multi-wins for a person), like at an actual award ceremony a song is played when that person wins. ?

Well like for example when I did this the last time with an old place I use to go to I made awards with a program I use to make signatures. And this is what one or two of them looked like:
