There is only one way for kids to stop being seen as commodities: lower the legal voting age to 6! As soon as a child goes to school, he/she ought to be allowed to have a political voice. Kids don't like being treated condescendingly, they want to be treated as equals. So let's have a kid's wing of all the political parties - that should settle it!! ;-)

This is what I said I will now vote Liberal

I would vote Liberal if the party really lived up to it's name, which evidently is NOT "liberal". It's had a history of old corrupt, money-grubbing, racist, backward fuddie duddies as leaders like Li'l Johnnie Coward, Tony A-butthead, and that yuppie idiot John Hewson.

Get them out and the party can at least have some form of Liberal nature to it. It's like 1984, the ministry of Truth, Love and Plenty were really about lies, hate and torture, and poverty.

Our PM equates children to nothing more than a commercial crop or
A physical substance, such as food, grains, and metals, which is interchangeable with another product of the same type ...

Clearly she is a mad athiest
I hope the Liberals get in and end her inability to differentiate human life with interchangeable produce

I have now watched the show and missed the reference. The closest I came to this was when a audience member asked a question about kids and commodities. I think it most likely that this caused the confusion. If not can anyone actually give me a time reference even to within five or ten minutes????

I've just watched it myself. The only vaguely relevant passages were:

"Kids cost more to look after as they grow older" 17:00
(and in relation to the mining tax) "...commodity prices are fixed globally" 29:30

Something tells me that Monarchist will still vote Liberal...
