A year ago today, right about this time in fact, my sweet little cousin Julia went to meet Jesus. She fought hard for over a year with a brain tumor, and y'all prayed so much for her. A lot of people in her situation might be angry with God, but she became stronger in her young faith, and strengthened the faith of every life she touched, mine included.
Whenever there's pink in the sunset, it's become a custom in our family to say that Julia helped Jesus paint the sky and she's saying hello
