All God's people will be judged by Jesus for the things we've done, good or evil. From the time we've accepted Christ to that present time we will be judged.

What can we expect? What will it look like to "suffer loss?" What can we do today to make sure He calls us a faithful and good servant?

His example helps >

"And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma." (Ephesians 5:2)

Jesus wants us to be and live in His love, while doing the things to help others. Our calling is to serve by doing good to needy people, and pointing out what is wrong, yes, but this needs to be with Him in His love, with His example to feed us :)

"Then He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach," (Mark 3:14)

Their calling was not only to preach and, as the next verse says, do wonders. But they were called to "be with Him". They were personally sharing with Jesus, personally submitting to Him. And our calling first is about being with God in His love, submitting to Him and how He corrects us and guides us each, personally; and this is so we are sharing with our Father in His own love >

"Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us." (Romans 5:5)

And in this love we have our Father's personal guiding to do the loving things which He really wants and knows is right for loving each person; plus in this love we have "rest for your souls" (Matthew 11:28-30), so that we don't waste ourselves emotionally while doing His will. He will make sure we have the strength and the guiding so we do not get wasted emotionally, and so we don't waste time and attention and resources in doing what is not His will and will not work.

"So, the works that burn can include what we take on ourselves to do, without listening to our Father first."

I bet a lot of ppl are going to feel anxiety. I have already been thru Judgement day......All I could feel was a immense sense of doom.........I believe God the Fathers judgment will be a lot like that for unbelievers. But for the chosen We will Love the way the Lord gives us what we deserve. He says He will wipe the tears away. We won't care nor boast on what we have because God gave us everything He and us desired.......Obedience is the key to feeling a profound sense of well being...
