A woman literally can’t live as a man because they’re women and don’t know what it’s like to be men. Just because they are tomboys or more masculine means they should suddenly live as men.

History is chock full of things that were determined to be "medically appropriate" that later turned out to be utter foolishness.

Along with way more that are still considered to be medically appropriate. So there's really no predictive power in this observation other than the obvious - we never have 100% perfect absolute knowledge. Despite that, we still manage to muddle along regardless of regressive forces working to prevent progress based on the best understanding we do have.
