  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

With Judas an element of antagonism was introduced among the disciples. . . . That which ruled him was the hope of selfish benefit in the worldly kingdom which he expected Christ to establish. Though recognizing the divine power of the love of Christ, Judas did not yield to its supremacy. He continued to cherish his own judgment and opinions, his disposition to criticize and condemn. Christ's motives and movements, often so far above his comprehension, excited doubt and disapproval, and his own questionings and ambitions were insinuated to the disciples. Many of their contentions for supremacy, much of their dissatisfaction with Christ's methods, originated with Judas.
He introduced controversies and misleading sentiments, repeating the arguments urged by the scribes and Pharisees against the claims of Christ. . . . He would introduce texts of Scripture that had no connection with the truths Christ was presenting. These texts, separated from their connection, perplexed the disciples. . . . Yet all this was done by Judas in such a way as to make it appear that he was conscientious. And while the disciples were searching for evidence to confirm the words of the Great Teacher, Judas would lead them almost imperceptibly on another track. . . . In all that Christ said to His disciples, there was something with which, in heart, Judas disagreed. . . .
Yet Judas made no open opposition, nor seemed to question the Saviour's lessons. He made no outward murmur until the time of the feast in Simon's house. When Mary anointed the Saviour's feet, Judas manifested his covetous disposition. At the reproof from Jesus his very spirit seemed turned to gall. Wounded pride and desire for revenge broke down the barriers, and the greed so long indulged held him in control. This will be the experience of everyone who persists in tampering with sin. The elements of depravity that are not resisted and overcome respond to Satan's temptation, and the soul is led captive at his will.

A good lesson yes, but where do you get all this from? Everything that I cut from your quote, I can back up in scripture, what I left in this quote, I do not recall seeing before. Please pardon my ignorance, but were does this lesson come from?

The verdict is still out on Judas.

New gospels are yet surfacing as we speak, that indicate other perceptions and testimonies to the early churches.

The early church of the Roman Catholic church (of today) was in power during the time Jesus walked the earth.

This early church was in conflict with all the other churches and others who Jesus taught, and proceeded to not only destroy all such evidence and writings of Jesus to other church members, but also to seek out and kill all Christians who opposed the early church which sought to rule, with the help of the Roman empire, the same empire that killed Jesus. For centuries after Jesus was murdered, the Romans slaughter countless thousands of those of early Christian churches, of whom Jesus also taught, virtually wiping them off the face of the earth...almost. Old scrolls are still being found that are carbondated to the 2nd century.

Therefore, the verdict is still out on what really took place and on what recorded history still exists and yet preserved by the dry sands of the desert.

While I do not doubt the teachings of Jesus according to the bible, there is evidence that He taught things which are not in the bible. Failing to acknowledge such documents, is indicative of the ability of those who are able to mislead you.

As a student of theology and one who has crossed over the threshold into the bridal chamber, I merely wish to tell you that I did not enter the kingdom of heaven, only by reading the bible. There are many teachings of Jesus, which are not included in the bible in which the church continues to renounce, and therefore command of you not to read them.

I do not command you, nor will I, for you are free by means of the Truth of Jesus, from a world which wants to enslave you into captivities.

Keep in mind that even evil serves God unknowingly (blind ignorance), as a contrast to all that is Good. The wickedness in this world is not of God, it is of our own ignorance that we partake of things not of God.

Beware then those who wish to lead you, and question the truthfulness in their hearts. For where untruthfulness exist, Jesus does not.

As for those of you who think I am not a Christian, think again. Jesus is my brother and I have become one with him in the bridal chamber, and it is the Holy Spirit which guides me, and is showing me all things, including the early recorded documents of the early churches.

I am not here to judge, rather I will reveal all things which are not of God, in order that you may pluck them out of your heart. It is the light of Jesus which lights up our hearts and our minds, revealing all things hidden in the kingdom of heaven.

Am I a Christian? I am much more than those who have borrowed the name Christian, who stand outside the father, with hearts yet divided.

What you look for has already come. Alpha and Omega. For where the beginning is, also is the end.

The beginning of the path toward God is Love and Goodness, which will overcome all wickedness in the kingdom of heaven the father has given you.
