What we put in.
There is a saying
Goes that what
You put into your body
Is indeed what you eat.
He made our bodies!
One body at a time.

Sadly the world
Is made with two billion
People that are
With obesity as.
Obesity is also
Hitting in the
Youth of tomorrow.
Happening today!

It is that
We are what
We eat and that.
How we need to
Better take care
Of our bodies!

As we need
To beware of what
We put in our bodies.
Whether good food
To help us to build
Our bodies or bad
Ones that can
Give us obesity!

God calls
For us to watch
What we eat.
And to eat
Well as the
Lord gives us to.
Eat and watch our
Bodies as temples.

God wants us
To be careful
In what we eat.
If we are to
Really watch what
We eat in our bodies.
So that we don't go obese.

Two billion people
Can you believe
That the world
Is full of obesity.
Sad but true.
God loves it when
We manage to
Have our bodies and watch
What we eat and workout!

But the Lord
Made the temples
Of our bodies.
Use it for good
Not abuse it
For bad.
He is watching.
So should we?

We are to remember
That our bodies
Are like that
Temples as they
Really are as.
God wants our bodies.
To be taken care of.

Needing to eat
Right and to exercise.
Keep on doing it.
As the Lord wants
Us to remember every single
Time we put on.
Food whether good or bad.
God made our bodies.
To be His temples.
Using it for good not abusing it.

Word of God
Is needed in our
Compass and to
Guide us through the
Thing that we are
Calling life as.
Life is not fair
But it does not need to
Be tough without God's Word.
Fear means respect and honor
Not being afraid in the eyes and POV of God.
It is about being obedient!

Fear means to be
In awe and in respect.
Knowing that our
Lives are in front
Of the Lord.
Putting Him both
In front and center!

The Word of
God is needed.
Focusing us to.
Keep God in the
Front and center.
He is the First and Last.
And the Alpha and the
Omega no matter what!

We need to feel.
That the Lord.
Is fair even when
Life is not.
But it does not
Have to be hard.
God can help us through
Life there!

Life would never
Be easier when
We became Christians.
But that is why
We need to have
God at our side.

But the Lord
Calls for us to
Keep on remembering
Life comes not easy.
But we need Him
All the time, every single time.
So that we can remember.
He will guide us in our lives.

God will help
Us through the good
And the bad times
But it is that we
Depend on Him.
Not just for one
Over the other!
He wants us to depend on Him
24/7 You see!
