Ministers come and go
But that God knows
It is the nature over in the business
Where He leads and int he
Guiding them to go
Knowing that it is His move on
The pastor or minister to
Go where God is leading and
To say that we will miss the
Interim pastor and his wife
Is an understatement here.

JPPT1974's Thanksgiving Thoughts 2023:
However that it was
God's will and knowing
All of us in the church
Needing to find the right
Pastor/preacher along with
The right kind of person and
Christ would pick the right
Kind of person and family
Even and praying it will workout
All right in the end.

JPPT1974's Black Friday Weekend 2023:
But knowing now that
Our interim pastor and his
Wife that we all have
Gotten very close to and
Knowing we will miss them
Dearly and that it is such an
Understatement as they have
Held down the fort over in
Two years but it will be
Bittersweet to say the least.

Knowing that now
A new era will be going
Coming in and that we
Will have to adjust along with the
New pastor/minister and in the
Very much God planned this but
It was up to all of us to be
Patient and knowing that God
Very much wanting us to wait and
Questions over who will be the person that will
Lead the church from God's will and way.

Yes it took a
Very long time and
Two years really in
Kind of coming very fast but
Also a slow process for the
Panel that picked and how
This minister not just is
Only a great man of God but
Questioning in finding a good
Man who has four kids and a
Wife that is a full time homemaker.

JPPT1974's Mon Thoughts 11/27/2023:
Still that as they say
Life goes on but that
Missing on the interim
Pastor and his wife will be
Very much bittersweet and
Knowing we will keep in
Touch thanks to social media
But really they want to be with on those
Whom they have family with.

JPPT1974's Tues Thoughts 11/28/2023:
Placing our faith in Jesus
And knowing that He is
Never wrong and that
It is for us to really make sure
Our new pastor will be there for
Years and years to come and
Heard that the interim pastor and his wife
Moved like once every couple of years
Still that is the life of the pastor whom gets their
Instructions from God on whether to stay or
Go and move to another place and worship.

JPPT1974's Wed Thoughts 11/29/2023:
Still the new move where
The changing of the guard
As one couple move to see their
Loved ones close and another
Couple with children go and
Put down roots and that
God's time is always right despite
We having to wait and knowing in
Placing our faith and trust in Him
Remember God knows best!

JPPT1974's Thurs Thoughts 11/30/2023:
You can only hope that
Our new soon to be pastor
Will be in the growing roots and
Uprooting his loved ones and
Very young children and wife
Knowing that it is going to be
Very hard on them and
Question if this is the right
Place as they are from the
Local area but have had several years
In Louisville KY on it.

JPPT1974's Weekend Thoughts 12/1-12/3/2023:
How that we are going to
Miss our interim pastor and his
Wife as they have been very much
So loyal to the church and
Other ministries but their place is in
Another state and where their
Loved ones are at but we will miss them
Bittersweet over in a new changing of the
Guard is an understatement to say the
Very least on it

Making sure that we will
Keep in touch and that
We are having them leave as
Lifetime friends and family in
Christ and in the knowing that they
Are leaving but not with our hearts and souls
Friendships are forever and just
Praying that we will see them again and
Vice versa on it and knowing that
They are going back to their loved ones.

Believing that we will see them
As that they will be going to
Remain here at the end of the
Month and that knowing that
God knows what He is doing
Just need to place our faith and
Trust in the Lord and knowing He
Will keep on watching over on those in the preaching pulpit
Not the first time nor will it be the last time.

JPPT1974's Mon Thoughts 12/4/2023:
And that please praying for
Our church as we are in that
Changing of the guard and
Knowing that our beloved in
Interim pastor and his wife going
Back to their home state and
Another that over in a pastor, his wife
Four young children on it
Coming and hopefully planting roots.

We all strive to watch what
You and I say or else that
People could be offended
You see it is not over in a
Question of what we say
When we say it or who we
Even say it too but it is
How you and I say things that
All need to be very careful.

JPPT1974's Wed Thoughts 12/6/2023:
Our words if we are
Not careful and in the
Using over in the tongue and
How that in the saying that
Where there is smoke there is
Fire and how our tongues can
Hurt our friendships and even our
Relationships with families and loved ones
We all built to make them beyond stable.

It is like a fire that
You can't put out and
How that it is about
Repairing a rift and
Knowing that we do our
Very best in apologizing and
Mending fences as long as it
Doesn't happen again or
Even make our words hurt so horrifically
Never to repair a friendship.

JPPT1974's Weekend Thoughts 12/8-12/10/2023:
Just remember to watch
The words and in the
Using over in the need for
Caution as we can use
In our words that can be
Used for hurt and in
Anger and that it could
Very much tear apart our
Friendships and relationships that
We have worked so hard to build with that person
Vice versa as well.

Fire that can only
Be taken out with water
When our tongues however
Are not hurt people and
Knowing that our relationships and
Friendships are beyond repair or
That they are beyond in the
Mending of fences how and what
Jesus would do in order to repair the friendship
Bury the hatchet and trying to watch what we say and how we say it.

Jesus used words over in
Love and mercy but
He also warned not to
Allow to use words that can
Cause rift and strife plus to
Do so firmly yet politely and
Remember He only got angry when
People disobeyed God and sinned against Him through Jesus
Also in the money changers at God's temple that
In the rightfully being angry as if you sense a wrong
Do use words of being firm but polite and come off caring
Or it could really backfire if you use your words with anger and hostility.

JPPT1974's Mon Thoughts 12/11/2023:
As long as we
Don't let our words in
The getting very much out of
Control and in the using our words
For all the right reasons not
Over in the small and silly ones
Remember that what Jesus would
Do and does like in that day over in His
Father's Gods Temple over money changers.
Like in the kind words He uses.
