Only God has that
Right for He is good
For He loves His children

Sadly but truthfully does not

Knowing that the
Lord is in the calling
For us to in the working
Like we are working for
God but in that over
In the need to be in the
Wanting to impress God is
All we need to do and that is
Much more important than that
Over in the world and how bosses
Here on the earth may not always
Seem to be appreciative there.

God calls for us
To in the working for
Him and knowing that
Even if the world and in the
Bosses are not fair
You see He is in the
Fair and just and knowing
Remembering that when the
Earth is not fair than
God is and He loves and
Is sympathetic and in the
Empathetic over in our
Struggles with our bosses
Even other employees.

How the boss does
Set the tone and how
In the working over on
Employees under that person
Can be either good or
Bad for morale and how
Sadly people seem to be in the
Overlooking on that over in
Morale and in the need to
Really understand people in their
Emotions and treat them with both
Kindness and respect.

How that when
You and I are
In the working under
People who are not
Empathetic to our own
Situation and plight there
It is how you and I
Need to in the trying to
Get along and in the working to
The best there in the making it through the day
How people need to realize
Work is not all life but it is a way of life
So is working to live like
Living to work there.
Need to find balance there with work.

There are bosses
Who are in the
Not in the balancing
Work with life and
Expect sadly but truthfully
For their workers to
Do just that in particular
Those that are not doing it for
Fame or fortune but just
Feeding in their families.
Really that puts so much
Beyond pressure on all

Sadly there are
Bosses that have
Very beyond in the
Having high expectations
Like that over in the
Working on the eighty hour
Work weeks and that
For in the need to
Be available to work on
Weekends and holidays
For on it there.

Just remember how
That in the work weeks
As that there usually were
Five days a week and
Weekends off there
Back in the day?
But now it seems those
Days over in five days
Work weeks and that
In the weekends off
Very sadly but truthfully
Now are gone.

That includes also
In the removing the
Remote work as
Very handy in the
Early days over in the
COVID 19 pandemic as
Well as helped out those
For in the spending more time
With their children there.
Now they are in the looking to
Take family time away.

But when we
Realize that jobs
Like that shows that
Company are more
Profit driven and how
They put profits above
People and in their mental
Emotional and in their
Physical health end up
For in the suffering.

How that when you
Put people over profits
At a job that it
Helps out over in the
Emotional, physical, and
Mental health over in the
Employees and in the
Employers even and in the
Treating them like humans
Instead of employees that
Latter part over in the showing
They are just not human beings.

When you have
Over in those
Expectations on
It there to perform
Very high and beyond
Expectations it hurts now
Doesn't it there?!
Just need to figure out how
God would look at it and
He would put people of course
Over profits any day at any
Time there as God does not
Want to see His children be hurt
By being belittled and patronizing.

How that people
Who are in the
Putting everything on
Others on it there
Expectations that are
Very high and in how
In the not at all taking a
Break and not having possibly
Families to go home to through
Themselves into work there
At others expense that do
Have in the families.

Praying that in
This world that
In the people that
Can be accepting and
Really in the not having
Look on things that are
Right from wrong and
Black and white but
Not just in thought but
In heart, mind, and soul
Over on it there.

By in the seeing the
World is not in the
Black and white nor
That over in the
Right from wrong
It is how that we
Need to not just open
Our eyes but in our
Hearts and souls there
As sadly there are people who
Have a very tragic but sadly
Narrow view in life.

How that people
That put in the
Expectations on others
Really it shows people are
Willing to achieve their goal
Regardless of who gets
Hurt or worse and in the
Lacking on both empathy
And sympathy that to a
World that needs it
Over in the most.

World we live
In and in the doing
So as that people
Suffer on the mental
Physical and emotional
Well being and how
They end up in the having
On a breakdown as that
Your truly can in a sense
Plead to that there.

The world wants

And how that people need
To realize that we are

Sadly that it is not how
People higher than us see
It and how hopefully they will

Very narrow mind
Much also on a
Very narrow heart
Do not see it the way
Over on human beings
As living and breathing
People over with in the
Feelings on it there.

How that we
Need to as the
Believers over in
Christ Jesus there
Need to remember how
We treat others the way
You would want us
To be treated even if the
World does not at all
Look at it like that there.
As believers we need to be
Just as different there.
