And that employees need
Business like business needs
Employees and when in having a
Hostile, toxic work boss that
Mistreats employees and not
Treats them the way that they would
Want to be treated will spell over in such a
Disaster to never be recovered.

Jesus you can say in
Setting over in the gold standard
On how a leader should act
He was firm but kind and
Didn't let being God's one and only
Begotten Son leading the power to go through His
Head as God wouldn't allow that but
Remember God is perfect and
You see so is His Son!

How that we need to
Do in the positions over
In leadership and in the
Being kind and friendly however
Firm in order to do the
Job that we were put over in
Place to do that you and I
Just if we are put in leadership.

In order to be a leader
Need to be a follower
Plus not just in the leadership
But also in being a team player
And in being a leader that
You and I need to be also a
Better human being a long the way
Something that is too overlooked.

JPPT1974's Weekend Thoughts 6/28-6/30/2024:
Leadership roles are something
You never at all take for
Granted or in taken over
Lightly and in the leadership
How that Jesus was kind and
Gracious and that He also
Quietly but surely led by
Example you see my friends.

But it is how you and
I if we are going to be
Leaders we need to be
Transparent and to be
Fair and how that we
Need to keep on being
Human as something that
Sadly a lot of leaders who are
Very idealistic but lose their ways.

Remember Jesus took twelve
Ordinary men and in the
Leaving everything that they
Know behind including on their
Families, jobs, and livelihood
When they became the Disciples of
Christ and in the being taught by
The best of the best in our
Lord and Savior you see.

JPPT1974's Mon Thoughts 7/1/2024:
How that these men were
People that the world may
Had ignored and that they
Were nothing special but
Jesus saw on the inside even
That of Judas Iscariot who would
Later betray Him as Jesus in
Seeing that's the world overlooks.
Or may not want to look at.

We may need some help
From like an aid or like
Our family in the role over in as
Godly leaders and in the
Being human is how that you and
I need to remain despite so much
Work ahead as we are not
One person shows as we need a team in
Helping us despite facing differences.

Transparent and respect
Easier said than done
But it is about in the
Questioning on how we need
Urging if we go about being a
Leader and how we need to
Really look no further than
Jesus Christ on it.

And how the leader is
Suppose to lead by
Example and not just in
Bossing on people and really
Acting power hungry and
Getting a giant head and an
Ego along to go with those
But it is leading by example.

But when we lead it
Is how that we are
Doing so by example and
For in doing so by the
Way God would want
Us to do so if we are to
Set a good and most of all
Godly example of it you see.

Don't just be team
Leaders but team players and
How that people that are
Under the leader in the
Making on such very tough and hard
Decisions and that sometimes you may
Need in a second or a third
Opinion to make those hard
Choices down the line on it.

But in order for us to
Follow God's example as
Look no further than Jesus
As He picked twelve men that
Left everything their families and
Didn't get the chance to say good-bye
Really they literally in the dropping
Everything in order to follow Christ.

JPPT1974's Mon Thoughts 7/82024:
But that in the twelve men that
Became His Disciples and how that
Jesus was being led by God and
The Disciples that are being led by
Christ and knowing that in the
Life changing experience how that
Doing so in kindness and being firm
However in three very short years these
Rugged looking and at times very
Dirty men would be experienced as
The very first pastors/preachers of mankind.

How that we need
In remember that in
Following Christ and that
If we are put in the role of
Leaders to be transparent and
Earn respect as you can't have it
Handed to you but to earn it
Plus in being team players to
Set a very good and Godly example
Being transparent and fair if we are to
Lead by that example in being good team leaders
Plus also in good team players.
Jesus was the King of Kings and Lord of Lords
But also He treated His Disciples like brothers and family.
Going with them while He led despite being the
Leader of all leaders!

JPPT1974's Wed Thoughts 7/10/2024:
Three very short years that
Jesus had on this earth to
Share God's Word before
Going up to eternity as the
Risen Lord and Savior.
Preparing a place for those that will
Accept Him and how He earned being that
Leader due to being God's only Son.
We need to set a good example and a
Godly one to being a leader and to
Walk the walk not just talk the talk and
Using God's Word in order to be transparent and fair
If we are to lead plus be a team player at the same time.

Eleven surviving Disciples after
Jesus death, resurrection, and
Ascension to heaven after
Spending time with them and
How the Disciples that were
Over from being naive and
Young it seems not just in age but
For in heart and in that of
Learning and living to walk the walk
Not just talk the talk.

Can in the rough and
Tumble ways over in the
Disciples after Jesus spent time
With them before they went
Over to preach as one of the
Very early pastors/preachers over in the
World and how to take what they
Learn from Jesus to those that
Need it over the most.

It is about being transparent
And not in the shoving
Over in the Word of God
Jesus paving the way and
The ONLY way to heaven and
Eternity of Salvation down someone's throat
That could offend them and
Plus it is very bad witnesses
Saying the least in shoving it down their throats.
Jesus does not nor WOULD NOT do that!
