I do have a T for the recovery forum. A good place for me to share. I do have a relationship with pain meds that I don't like right now. I am weaning off of them, but I hate being dependent on drugs and I still need them.

I have this really cool duck-waddle thing that I do when I walk without my cane. My right hip muscles are so weak that they dont support my weight and so my hip drops. It looks really funny!! The only way to fix it is to strengthen the muscles and the best way to do that is to walk without my cane. So I look funny.

When my OT manipulates my shoulder, she can get full range of motion, but on my own, I am real limited. It frustrates me!!!!
