  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

The only one I could recommend would be 'To Where You Are'. It's about knowing they'll see a deceased loved one again in Heaven. I honestly can't stand much more of his stuff than that. I remember that one very well 'cause on one of my CDs, it directly followed Depeche Mode's 'Barrel Of A Gun', which is kind of sadistic, if anyone knows what that song is talking about.

"You Raise Me Up" is an excellent song...has gotten some radio play too. I just heard "To Where You Are" yesterday...at least I think I did. I thought it was Josh Groban and the song pretty much fits your description. That was a good one too. I don't think I could listen to his music for long amounts of time...but certainly a song or two at a time works well.

Hi Lana

I mostly listen to techno, although that's not the only type of music I listen to. Basically, I like anything but rap, R & B, jazz, & country.

Josh Groban's song "You Raise Me Up" is a very good song. I don't see myself buying his CD, though. :)
