Josh Groban

On our PBS station I just watched a concert by Josh Groban. It was called Live at the Greek and was performed in Los Angeles CA. I was totally mezmerized. This was the first I had heard from him and completely fell in love with the songs and the voice. Has anyone else heard any of his songs?

Welcome to CF!! Yes, my daughter has one of his CDs - it's just called Josh Groban. Funny you posted this thread, as I was just thinking about his voice last night, while reading another thread here. He has a superlative voice, doesn't he? We love his rendition of 'The Prayer' with Charlotte Church. Another most beautiful song is 'To Where You Are'. Sad but very moving. We want to buy his next CD soon.

I have recently received one of his cd's and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I think he has a wonderful voice.

Haha...different strokes I suppose, but in my opinion, it was one of the better lists I have seen recently. I was very excited to see Nickelback have the second worst song of the year with "Figured You Out". I'm glad someone agrees with me on that one.

Ugh, I live about 5 minutes away from Chad (the lead singer of Nickleback)... That;s one band I would be happy to see drop off the face of the music scene.

Oh and Josh Groban... dosent do much for me.

Music to me is a great and wonderful gift. There are so many different styles and types of music; there is basically something for everyone - that may be one of the greatest things about it. You don't have to like it all. You find what fits you.

I love this guy!!!!!! He's amazing!!!!!! I hope he comes out with more albums soon. I would love to see him in concert sometime!!!!!!

I was at that concert at The Greek Theatre. It was a dream come true. He is amazingly talented. And just knowing that VH1 doesn't agree with my taste, makes me that much prouder of my choices!

Oh, so when you watch the special on PBS, or buy the DVD, I'm the one in the audience with the little blue light!

I never really paid attention to Josh Groban, but the other night I saw him perform on tv and he gave me goosebumps. It's an amazing thing when someone can do the thing they love really well!

I can't wait for another album to be released! I was so enammered by his songs; the lyrics are so delicate. The night I got the cd "Closer" I immediately went online to try to find the translations to the songs that were foreign to me. I had great success finding the translations to the lyrics of the cd "Josh Groban". Does anyone know of a lyrics site that would have the translations to the lyrics of the new album? I love the songs, the voice; but still I would really like to know what is being sang.
