We know there are two records to preach the Gospel commissioned by Christ in the Gospels,one in Matthew and one in mark but is there one in John?

john 20 21
''Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.''


Is Jesus commissioning the Apostles and later generations to preach the Gospel in this conversation?


Up until this point,they did not have the ''power'' to convert people,only cast out demons:


Mark 6
7 And he called unto him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;


But then they received the the Holy Ghost:


john 20 22
And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost


So it appears they only had limited ability during Christs ministry until they received the Holy spirit.


Is this a commission to preach the Gospel?
