I've been watching his broadcasts for some time, and i don't think he's very hateful.

I have heard that before, do you have the exact words and when and where they are said concerning the salvation of Jews?Whether or not John Hagee is hateful is literally a matter of perspective. To be sure, he does some good things. He is a virulent opponent of anti-semitism (as all Christians should be). So if you're ethnically Jewish, John Hagee must sound really good. Of course if you happen to be a Palestinian, you might not appreciate Pastor Hagee's preaching on why you have no right to live in your father's and grandfather's home because of 2000+ year old history, or his claim that you are an enemy of God because of where you happen to live. I suppose it must be even worse if you happen to be a Palestinian Christian (yes, there are quite a few of them).
And then there's Pastor Hagee's more heretical views. John Hagee believes that Jews can be saved even if they do not confess Jesus Christ as their Lord. And he has preached that Jesus will return in 2007 (but with only seven months to go on that one, maybe he's quieted down on this). It would be advisable to stay away from Pastor Hagee's ministry.

To be totally honest, I don't know a single theologian, preacher or teacher who is 100% correct 100% of the time, except Jesus Christ.
“The Jewish people have a relationship to God through the law of God as given through Moses,” Hagee said. “I believe that every Gentile person can only come to God through the cross of Christ. I believe that every Jewish person who lives in the light of the Torah, which is the word of God, has a relationship with God and will come to redemption. “The law of Moses is sufficient enough to bring a person into the knowledge of God until God gives him a greater revelation. And God has not,” said Hagee.

What is the point of God choosing Israel?
Today he was preaching against smoking cigarettes and Alcohol. Which is fine.
However, John Hagee is very obese, or as the bible calls it gluttony.
