Obama also pointed the finger and blamed us for buying homes we could not afford.

Said we all shared in the blame for the financial problems...

Fact is, only 2% of homes are in foreclosure.

So, the other 98% of us share the blame ?

Sounds like the liberal take on everything from abortion to forclosure.

What really irks me is that I saw obama on tv talking to the crowd saying how many plumbers do you know make a qtr millon dollars? And the crowd like the sheep that they are were just laughing.

Joe said he was thinking about buying a COMPANY. If Joe had say only 2 other employees working with him making only $75.00 an hour and only working 5 hours a day each, they would be making the company $292,500.00 a year. Sure you have expenses that would bring that down, obama talks like 250 thou. is big money to companies.

Well...obviously...Joe Biden and Sen. Obama have never had plumbing problems... cha ching!

Did anyone hear Biden's awful rant against Joe this morning? It was pretty nasty.

Poor Joe...well...at least Obama isn't running against Bush anymore...Now apparently he's running against Joe Plumber...

...personally...I think ranting against Joe...Obama is now shooting himself in the other foot...

And...what really confuses me...isn't Obama supposa be the champion of all Joe Plumbers?

This is another fine example of the misrepresentations of this ticket IMO...as well as further evidence of poor decision making...perhaps...Obama should "sit down and talk with Joe"...rather than waging war against him. I mean...show the same courtesy to an American citizen that you would a foreign leader...

If Obama actually stands for what he claims to...

...wouldn't he be rallying for Joe and every other "Joe"...

This guy is in trouble...Joe the Plumber...I hope McCain comes to his support...'cause he's milked Joe for every drop in the debate and on the campaign trail...

I'm kinda concerned for Joe...all he did was ask a question regarding how Obama's policies would affect his dream of being a business owner...

...now...not only is he being blasted in the media...but the investigation to discredit Joe has put him and his employer in target view of Union Leaders...what could be more frightening...being red flagged by the Union...'cept being red flagged by the IRS of course.

added thought...if Obama does get elected...after all of this...I will really be concerned about the validity of our voting process.

Well, the small business owner is seeing first-hand how they'll be treated by Obama's administration. Joe has helped expose that for exactly what the policy is. If anyone in business still votes for them, they can't claim ignorance.

Ya know...this is absolutely inexcusable to me...

...it's one thing to go on the attack of a political rival...

...quite another to go on the attack of a private citizen...simply speaking his mind and sharing a concern.

I mean...isn't that what stump campaigning is about? Reaching out to Joe/Jane Public...finding out what their concerns are...and addressing them?

What does this say about Obama and Biden?

In all my days...I have NEVER seen anything like this...

To be sure. With a veto-proof Congress AND evidence of how well vote fraud worked a la ACORN and how easy it was to get away with it, you can be absolutely sure that we will be seeing post card voting and instant registration--with no ID required, of course--as the new way of voting across America. That and unrestricted illegal immigration will guarantee the end of elections as we've known them.

Here in Texas...we have to show photo ID and sign the Registration Book...

so....when my hubby and I were talking about illegal voter registration practices...I couldn't understand how it could possibly lead to illegal voting practices...

Until he told me that photo ID is not required in every state...I was shocked!

Then he told me...ACORN has been "helping" voters register and vote for 30 years...this is nothing new...

man...there go my rose colored glasses flying off my face again...

A recent poll showed that 44% of CEO's were absolutely terrified of an Obama administration

Generaly speaking, businessmen have always been afraid of Socialism unless they were in the position to be granted the government's monopoly (the other 56%?).

I don't know if it's that simple. What McCain has really failed to play upon recently is the need to close the loopholes in the current corporate tax laws. It's part of his plan and definitely a need that would make a huge difference in the fairness of how many large business operate and evade taxes, like Dell, that claims to be a Delaware corporation to avoid franchise fees among others. It rips off the state of Texas and the federal government as well.

Why McCain hasn't brought this obvious issue up in a while is a mystery. He alluded to it in the last debate when he mentioned the comparative corporate rates of other countries, but he stopped short of pointing out that there are numerous corporations that have adhered to the tax laws and could benefit from a tax break as opposed to those who have been avoiding paying their fair share for far too long with the approval of the feds.

The corporate tax laws need to change to go after the big guys who have used the loopholes to put the bulk of the burden on small businesses who have no choice but to play by the rules. Obama's plan would only put more of that burden on the little guys while the big boys keep raking in the dough. Trust me. It's a disastrous idea!

Well, of course it's not. But who can be surprised that 44% of CEOs are alarmed at the prospect of an Obama presidency? As for whether or not they prefer McCain or if he's any better, that's another subject. The country no doubt loses whichever one of these two is elected.
