Not so. A generation or two ago, most people thought along the lines you are speaking about. However, today we have self-described Socialists in Congress and they have proposed clearly Socialistic changes -- and sweeping ones at that -- which could be instituted if we were dumb enough to do that. Bernie Sanders outlined his plans. AOC has outlined her proposals. Sen. Warren has advocated for her proposals. They and others now have their front man about to take over the presidency with the most radical member of the US Senate as Vice President set to become President when time, debilitation, or Congressional action disposes of Biden's presidency.Biden claims he is against socialism/communism. If you want to talk about massive voter fraud, Half of all trump votes were found to be fraudulent.I find it highly unreasonable, not to mention physically impossible, that Biden got 100% of the vote in the 100-120 year old age group.
He also got 100% of the vote in the ballot boxes which got broken out after Trump had demonstrated a major lead in the vote count. Statistically highly unlikely but wholly consistent with massive fraud.

It seems that we get different results when we ask "is abortion important to you" and when we ask "why did you vote for the person you voted for." That isn't necessarily inconsistent. The issue of abortion is 12th on the list. 40% say it's "very important", but how can you weigh that in significantly when making a decision when there are 11 other "more important" issues?

No. Republicans will take 50 seats. The only uncertainty is that 2 seats in Georgia are going to a runoff. The best Democrats can hope for is 50/50, and that will require winning both seats in Georgia. That's unlikely. The voter fraud stuff is conspiracy theory.
