What does this mean? Does this mean we are going to be a socialist country and or a communist country?
And I thought churches supported Donald Trump? I am shocked that there were churches that were for Biden.
Update: Or does love actually win like some claim?
Cities erupt in cheers, church bells ring after news of Biden's projected win
It means we are FREE AT LAST! LOVE WINS!
No, I am not implying that at all. I just shared what was on my Facebook. I probably should have wrote a commentary.
At midnight November 3, Trump was the overwhelming winner - that is the result that will stand.
For example, he was a staggering 700,000 votes ahead of Biden in Pennsylvania.
At midnight they stopped counting votes - waited for a 4AM dump of illegal ballots for Biden, then suddenly Trump lost when the counting restarted.
One other point, the Republicans actually picked up seats in the House. The Dem majority is going to be somewhere between 4-7 seats in all likelihood. If Pelosi survives as Speaker she will have a difficult time passing a progressive agenda. The moderates are out to oust her. I don't know if they will be successful but she is significantly weakened.Thank you
I just asked what it meant to have Republicans in the senate before I even saw this post. But you answered it. Thank you.

I think you are talking about churches which supports the party whatever that comes to power.
First mistake is to think Christianity is a monolithic religion. The term Christianity as used in the past 300 years is just a generic term for groups that view Jesus as their Lord in one way or another. The term is pretty much useless. And I thought churches supported Donald Trump? I am shocked that there were churches that were for Biden.
Wow
I had no idea.
I really did not know. I only started to pay attention towards the end.
Not likely. The GOP looks like it held onto the Senate (50-48 with two runoffs in Georgia), so all of the nation-killing plans of The Squad are probably on hold. Even if by some miracle the Democrats were to win both Senate runoffs (unlikely, especially with Perdue's seat) Joe Manchin isn't going to support things like ending fossil fuels nor will he or Feinstein support ending the Senate's legislative filibuster. Mr. Biden can probably get the Trump tax cuts repealed for the wealthy or extremely high earners, but the across the board changes to the nation are not happening. What does this mean? The Federal Election Commission has the final say as to who won and the last I checked, they have not made any declarations. What does this mean? Does this mean we are going to be a socialist country and or a communist country?

This is what breaks my heart the most. The church has fallen asleep. It lost it's voice and sat back. Where are the calls to fast ,pray ,and seek the Lord?Where are the leaders standing for the Truth? We truly are living 2 Timothy 4:3Sadly, the Body of Christ is very divided ...
and on too many things ...
not just on whom they wish to see as President.
So ... we cannot 'lump' all Christians into one group or category ...
we can be so very different from one another ...
like we often see, even on message boards ...
God bless.
We truly are living 2 Timothy 4:3
Sour grapes. You know, it's almost amazing that we're now looking at two different theads whose headlines proclaim that Biden won and is president-elect. Nothing of the sort has happened, of course. Last I heard, which was about four hours ago, only one state has certified its vote totals.
Ah, but a number of TV networks, all of which supported Biden slavishly during the campaign, proclaimed him the winner. And that's all it took for people to start typing that he indeed HAS won. Maybe in the future, we all should just tune in to MSNBC, take their word for it, and be done with it.
I do find it amusing that those that claim others to be bullies and claim to be about tolerance and unity, cause the most division.
Joe Biden seems to have won. I for one believe that something seems very fishy. Whether he won, legitimately or fraudulent doesnt really matter at this but, but more so what can Trump prove.
Biden has every right to make victory laps, just as Trump has every right to pursue the defense of his presidency.
Joe Biden did not help his case when he claimed involvement in the largest voting fraud organization in American history. You can argue his intent, be it a slip of the tongue OR a moment of honesty.... its irrelevant.
Biden is the one that put that doubt out there..... there are consequences and importance to words at the level of government that Biden is seeking to hold.
When the democrats lost and cried about Trump winning, I said shut up, they won, move on.
When Obama won and the republicans cried,I said, they won, shut up and move on.
Now, for the first time ever, I am all for the president fighting to make sure this election is legitimate and the will of the people has not been subverted.
IF Biden is the legitimate president, the people have spoken. IF the system has actively taken steps to subvert the will of the people so that thise in government can choose its own fate...... then we have bigger concerns than Donald Trumps abrasive, narcissistic ways.
Why anyone would be against seeking truth regardless of outcome, is beyond ne.
Especially IF one claims Christianity and to be a lover of truth.
IF there was nothing shady going on, there will be nothing to find. IF there was, it will still be a very difficult thing to prove. The burden of proof is on Trump, the man has a right to seek that evidence, like him or not.
I agree. If Biden won fair and square, nobody should be worried about any court litigation or recounts. We all need to be honest about the fact that the mass mail in ballots were a huge disaster because it brings doubt on the legitimacy of the election. People are still to this day finding piles of ballots in dumpsters. Until their is a thorough and bipartisan effort to ensure only legal and legitimate votes are counted, a dark cloud of doubt will forever be hanging over Biden's presidency.I do find it amusing that those that claim others to be bullies and claim to be about tolerance and unity, cause the most division.
