He does indeed claim to be Catholic. Whether he actually is a Catholic, perhaps some of the Catholic posters on the forum can give their opinions as to the status of someone who disagrees with so many aspects of Catholic Doctrine.

I tend not to play semantics. Either you are or you aren't.. so. I was once Catholic, I left the Catholic church and so I no longer identify as Catholic. If you identify as Catholic and still are in the Catholic church, you are indeed Catholic.

Ok. For clarity then. I also used to be a Catholic. My late grandmother was a lovely Catholic Lady, I remember her faith. She used to sign Psalm 46 to me when I was a baby.

Examine his stance on abortion, on same sex marriage. When Biden claims to be Catholic I'm surprised his nose is not growing out like Pinocchio. Hence the task force of Bishops assigned to his case

Still semantics. Biden is Catholic. Just because you are Catholic doesn't mean you cannot hold different views than the church. He is still Catholic as he says he is still Catholic. Not sure I can make it any clearer than that.

It is our own conscience, according to the Church, that has the final say and we Catholics are obligated to follow it.

This is an opinionated assumption based on no discernible facts. I gave you an example of a good faith effort by Trump to rectify this evil, not to raise money as you claim. I will put the number of truly concerned conservative pro-lifers up against your almost nonexistent list of pro-life liberals any day.
