Job situation

Praise God that I got a job as a barista in Starbucks. Love the company, but it's hard to work with some people, especially when I'm 27 and getting an MBA but having ppl who are 21 or 23 and no degree telling you to do dishes. I do it but it's not easy so I need God's help about my mentality.

please pray that I can move up fast, and maybe work in corporate. All in God's hands. Thank you for praying!

Oh, just humble yourself for the time being, I have this hunch you'll be in management eventually, if not at your present place of employment, then elsewhere! You're more fortunate than most in that you have a job. It's funny you should mention this, my nephew, who's 28 and a Christian, is working on his 2nd Masters degree, and is working part-time at a large department store selling home appliances, for which he's overqualified in my opinion. But he has the prospect of teaching which has just come up, and it looks like this will be a 2nd job for him. Praying for you, blessings!

Dear Lord, thank you for this young man's ambition, for his work ethic and his desire to have more responsibility. i pray for all the fruits of the Spirit, for him right now, while he is in this low-status position, but with health benefits!!

i pray for Your purpose to be revealed in his life, in Jesus name.
