Alright, I think I should probably give a layout of the land, since I think everyone has got a different idea in their head. I may make a map later on. But for now:

Cian Aisling is on the Western Coast next to the Forest. It's a little bit south of where Cian Banagher is. Cian Banagher is about 150 miles Northeast of Cian Aisling at the foot of the Mountains. It is set on top of a hill and is the oldest city and is fortified. Cian Banagher is about 15 miles walk from the edge of the Forest.
