Thanks James and Jimmy. I don't know exactly what's up with me. I just feel bad like I can't do anything but eat and sleep any more. I feel bad about myself in so many ways. My weight, my age, no boyfriend, no future if I keep on being like I am. I see my doctor and counselor on Friday. Thanks for being here. I'm trying to pull myself out of this rut but having a hard time.

Awww Ruth, I'm sorry you feel those things...just know that others don't see you that way...

Being lonely is hard...there was a time I was alone for a few years...VERY hard...and I've always been one bothered with my age...I'm usually told it's just a number but sometimes it bugs...to remember back being younger and then the age we are...but remember, with age comes experience...think of all you've seen so far in life...how many GOOD things you've partaked in...
The beautiful memories you have stored...

I wish you could meet Dawny's Great Aunt Jeannie...she's 94...few months ago she got back from a cruise...the gal still cooks, does for herself...and then Dawny's Cousin Bella is 95, catches the bus, goes shopping, dancing...she'll see 80 yr old men acting old and she says "Get up you old farts and do something"

And even this world, all the changes you've seen since being a little girl, some changes are probably scary...but remember Ruth, God doesn't change...He is the same yesterday, today and forever...and I think on that when I feel like you're feeling right now...it comforts me...
