Hope everything goes well with your gall bladder procedure!!!!
Oh man!!!! I made some yummy truffles today!!!! Not quite Lindt quality but YUM!!!! So all I had to do was take two cups of chocolate chips and mix one cup of near-boiling heavy whipping cream into it. Then it became all smooth...let it sit for a few hours in the fridge and then it was hard...
Then I scooped it out and formed them into balls...
Then dipped them in dark chocolate melting wafers that had obviously been melted
THEN ATE THEM and they are SO VERY GOOD
However they are so rich I could only eat half of one!

Well, I didn't go to church with my dad. I just didn't feel like it. He was disappointed, but I went and spent the day with my parents and relatives for Easter dinner, and we had a great time. I hope you all had a special day!
